 PLEASE NOTE

(1) The Board of Management determined (in 2011) that only those who are members at least 14 days prior to the AGM are eligible to attend and vote. In 2016 the cut off date for membership is 16th November.

(2) The Board of Management has determined that motions to amend the Constitution (clause 46) must be in the hands of the Executive Director at least 21 days prior to the date of the Annual General Meeting. This requirement has been put in place so as to enable the members to be given the 14 days notice which is stipulated in Clause 46.

(3) Although Notices of motion under Clause 45, not being motions relating to the changing of the Constitution, only have to be circulated to members 7 days prior to the meeting, the Board requires that such motions should be submitted 21 days before the meeting to enable these motions to be dealt with at the same time as amendments to the Constitution and to avoid confusion over lodgement cut off dates.
